What the form collects
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, property location and type, unit range, service preferences, and any message you include. We also record the date of your enquiry, your consent, and a reference number.
Why these details are needed
Unison Property Stewards Limited uses this information to understand your property, assess the services you’re interested in, and respond to your enquiry. An enquiry does not enter you into a management agreement.
Where information goes
Enquiries are sent to UPSL’s configured business inbox using Resend. UPSL’s email provider, Resend, and the website hosting provider process the details needed to deliver the enquiry. This website does not keep a separate enquiry database. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Your enquiry details are not displayed publicly on this website.
Keep it to the essentials
Please do not include identification documents, banking information, access codes, or private resident records in the contact form. A city or neighbourhood is enough to start the conversation.

The site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use cookies for access and security. Website fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard connection information when your browser requests those files.
